Find Your Way
Life can be overwhelming, stressful, and painful at times. If you're feeling lost, anxious, alone, or uncertain about your direction, you don't have to navigate it alone. I'm here to help.
My approach is rooted in empathy, offering an accepting and caring environment. In my practice, I provide a safe and welcoming space where you can explore your feelings, heal, and grow.
Together we'll uncover insights, deepen your self-understanding, develop meaningful tools, and create strategies to help you move through life's challenges with more confidence and resilience.
Be Still... and Still Moving
One meaning of "still" is to be free from turbulence or commotion, a state of peace, calm, and clarity.
In over 25 years of helping people through life's challenges, I've heard a common longing: to stop worrying, stop trying to control everything, and simply feel at peace.
Stillness isn't about stagnation or remaining stuck. It's about finding a space where your mind can rest, gain clarity, and move forward with greater ease.
Through stillness we create room to let go, build healthier thought patterns, and equip ourselves with the tools to grow and thrive.
“Being still does not mean don't move. It means move in peace.”
